- 7-10 years total of Project Management experience.
- Agile/Iterative and Digital experience highly desired.
- Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques
- Experience in managing change and engaging team members, ability to provide direction and leadership to others
- Experience required with Clarity, MS Project, or a similar PPM tool
- Experience developing detailed and complex project plans is a must.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience working on a Workday Implementation a plus
- Certifications in PMP and/or Agile related desired.
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Graduate Degree desired
- Plan, monitor, control and execute project and program delivery
- Ensure consistency and adherence to PMO operational standards and processes
- Drive successful outcomes via effective issue and risk management
- Effectively communicate to team members and stakeholders via PMO project update vehicles including the PPM tool, Steering Committees, Executive Portfolio Review Meetings, CIO meetings, and regularly scheduled Project Status Meetings
- Develop and maintain project, program and/or PMO operational metrics and status reporting
- Maintain a pipeline of project management professionals to quickly respond to organizational needs for resources
- Strive for excellence in forecasting project effort and non-effort time and project financials
- Fulfill generic demand in a timely manner
- Maintain organizational performance standards on project related data quality
- Leverage analytics to drive improved outcomes
- Have expertise in managing large and complex projects
- Integratedeep subject matter expertise with:
- Industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of standards, methodologies and trends
- Manage a large and diverse team of technical team members
- Effectively manage project managers and work with stakeholders at various levels in the organization
- Developcreative solutions to complex problems related to project management through in-depth analysis, critical thinking, coordination with key stakeholders, team members and the generation of options.
- Leveragequantitative and qualitative information to problem solving.
- Successfully executewith minimal direction; good discretion on when to seek out help
- Executes goals and strategy within an increasing area of responsibility.
- Plan and implements projects involving major change efforts.
- Uses experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information.
