Developmental Specialist - Greenfield, MA

Job Description

Criterion is seeking dedicated and passionate Developmental Specialists who will be responsible for providing home and center-based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers and families. They will participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center and home visits and consult with team members regarding clinical issues and provide service coordination. The annual salary for this position is in the range of $31,160 - $37,874.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders
• Completion offour (4)3-credit courses focusing on infants, toddlers, and/or families
• At least 6 months of experience working with children under 5
• Extensive experience with speech-language disorders
• Valid Driver's License

Additional Information

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, staff, management and public safety officials
• Must have the ability to carry out written and oral instructions
• Must have considerable emotional and physical capacity

• Working in home and center based settings - travel required
