The NetSuite Administrator will work directly with the Information Technology Department to facilitate further implementation, course correction where needed and continuing training in all departments including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Accounting teams.

What You’ll Do…

• Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to Netsuite ERP system.

• Lead and coordinate overall strategy, implementation, configuring, and training for ERP system.

• Provide day-to-day hands-on expertise to continuously improve and expand ERP system through education, training and system enhancement while instilling standard operating procedures and data integrity.

• Serve as a technical resource for ongoing support, maintenance, expansion, development, and system design of Netsuite system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation to maximize the potential of ERP system.

• Support end user requests by developing data queries, saved searches, custom screen views, and configurations utilizing Netsuite and related databases.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures with documentation for all departments and roles using ERP.

• Strong work ethic and capabilities as a team leader/participant for assigned projects from inception to completion.

• Identify and resolve process and system roadblocks in conjunction with functional subject matter experts.

What You Need…

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university highly desired or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of Business processes/flows, and how business systems interact and integrate.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite required.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Experience in lists, setup, customization and admin. and controls in NetSuite.

• Experience in writing, editing and troubleshooting scripting and work-flows.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards.

• Experience in developing and delivering end-user training.

• Strong understanding of Business processes/flows, and how business systems interact and integrate.

• Proactive communication, a sense of urgency, and the ability to self-prioritize are paramount to this role as you will often have to pivot quickly as new opportunities arise.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
