Human Resource Management Specialist

The Campbell County Senior Center is a non-profit organization looking for a Full Time Human Resource Management Specialist.

This position does require applicant to have AT LEAST ONE YEAR of Human Resource experience, either as a Human Resource Manager, or Specialist/Generalist.

Benefit package includes medical, dental and vision plans, retirement, and paid time off.

Background checks and pre-employment drug screen required. EOE.

Requirements:

· At least one year prior experience in HR or HR Management

· Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

· Strong Confidentiality Skills

Duties Include:

· Ability to mentor and coach supervisors, managers, and staff

· Payroll Administration

· Policy and Procedure Compliance

· Drug and Alcohol Program Management

· Oversee Program Compliance

· Reports to Executive Director

· Other duties as Assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
