Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Accounting Team
  • Work with offshore team members
  • Translating Contract Terms to apply relevant Accounting Principles
  • Monthly/quarterly book close
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Compliance Reporting – SOX
  • Work with internal and external auditors
  • Free Cash Flow Forecast/Reconciliation
  • Build relationships with key business partners including finance and non-finance
  • Pro-actively identify issues and offer solutions
  • Client Asset Impairment Testing
  • Special Projects

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 3-5 years of public and private accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA or MBA strongly desired
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong professional curiosity and inquisitiveness
  • Strong team building skills, with the ability build working relationships with a global staff across time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work in a dynamic business environment
