Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Accounting Team
- Work with offshore team members
- Translating Contract Terms to apply relevant Accounting Principles
- Monthly/quarterly book close
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Compliance Reporting – SOX
- Work with internal and external auditors
- Free Cash Flow Forecast/Reconciliation
- Build relationships with key business partners including finance and non-finance
- Pro-actively identify issues and offer solutions
- Client Asset Impairment Testing
- Special Projects
Qualifications:
- Approximately 3-5 years of public and private accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or MBA strongly desired
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong professional curiosity and inquisitiveness
- Strong team building skills, with the ability build working relationships with a global staff across time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work in a dynamic business environment
