Job Description

Responsibilities will include but limited to:

· Work with third party consulting firms in the implementation of new Salesforce implementation. Provide guidance and expertise in Salesforce best practices.

· Participate in end-user requirement gathering sessions to provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and technical capabilities.

· Designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform

· Analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting applications errors

· Manage user setups and security/access privileges for new and existing users, following Salesforce, Microsoft AD best practices and corporate guidelines.

Salesforce skills:

· 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, consumer mortgage industry preferred.

· In-depth understanding of Salesforce API integration with third party data source

· Extensive experience building customized Salesforce KPI dashboards

· Experience in Salesforce user administration – setting up new users, permission provisioning, etc.

· In-depth understanding of Administration, data management, security and development utilizing Apex code, Classes, Triggers, SQL, REST Web Services, Data Loader, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Web-to-Lead Form, API Integrations, Visualforce Pages/Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Design System (SLDS), Salesforce DX/CLI

Tools and Applications:

· Knowledgeable in data warehouse/BI concepts using Microsoft SQL

· Experience with building reports using PowerBi and other reporting tools

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and working in a Azure cloud environment

Consumer Mortgage Industry knowledge:

· Consumer mortgage industry knowledge is mandatory

· Experience with Reverse Mortgages is a definite plus

· Experience with Velocify DIALIQ a major plus

Soft skills

· Able to work with Business owners and Sr. Business Analyst in translating functional requirements into viable solutions, with the vision of future growth.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.

· Must have the ability to translate technical concepts and practices non-technical terms.

· Proactive out-of-the-box thinker that is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done.

· Must be a strong Team player with an attitude for success.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience preferred.

· Salesforce Developer Certification (Administration and Marketing Cloud)
