Retail Assistant (Bikes) - Torpedo7 Albany

Job Description

In this role you will be the liaison between customer and bike mechanic, providingsupport to the bike lead and the Bike Workshop in general, liaisingand going through the bike intake process with customers. You will typically be the first touch point in our store for customers.

You will also be selling and assisting with basic bike tasks such as safety checks on sold bikes. A passion and knowledge of bikes isimportant in this role.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have:

• Knowledge and passion forbikes
• Confidence with computers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve and think laterally
• The ability towork under pressure, sell and use your initiative
