THE POSITION

Our business analyst is mainly responsible for helping us in timely mastering, analyzing, evaluating, interpreting and presenting the important business and management intelligence, and accordingly enable us to make better business decisions to enhance our strengthens and competitiveness within pet care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Using various resources (such as internet, news, business publications, industry reports, public information, field reports, purchased sources, and others) to identify, collect and sort the financial, business, economic and other important data that related to pet care industry;

- Creating data visualizations, building monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards through Tableau, Power BI, Excel and others, and thereby composing reports summarizing financial, business, economic and others relevant data of pet care industry for the company’s officials, managers, staff, clients and others;

- Keeping closed to the financial, business, economic, and industry trends through communications with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others;

- Using the financial, economic and business technologies to analyze and identify investment management strategies, and competitive marketing strategies for our company, as well as exploring potential business opportunities in the pet care industry;

- Performing profit and loss analysis, cost control analysis, quantitative analysis and other analysis on the data related to our company’s investment, management, rentals and other matters; then comparing and analyzing industry trend, thereby proposing with reliable data support and reasonable suggestions for our company;

- Utilizing various tools to extract, transform and analyze business, financial, economic and industry data from disparate software products to answer professional questions, propose feasible resolutions, make informed decisions, and others;

- Designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating business intelligence tools, systems, databases, dashboards, spreadsheets, outputs, methods, or others in order to collecting, modeling, researching, analyzing, interpreting, presenting, or reporting financial, economic, business, and industrial data in pet care market for our company management;

- Communicating with management to discuss which business and financial intelligence of pet care industry would help management make better decisions on improving products and service as well as strengthening market competitiveness for our company, then testing to ensuring the collected intelligences are consistent with defined needs;

- Working with outside accounting team to prepare ad hoc financial analysis for our company as required, and then summarizing the vital intelligence and data to report it directly to CEO.

Required Skills:

- Critical thinker with strong analytic modeling and technical skills;

- Versatile and strong communication and writing skills;

- Amazing attention to detail and follow-through;

- Excellent organization and project management skills;

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team;

- Manage basic data entry

- Familiarity and solid working knowledge with Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision/management.

Qualifications:

Education requirement: must have bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: It is entry-level. No job experience is required. We are glad to train you.

Work authorization: Must have work authorization in the United State. If need, we also sponsor H-1B application.
