Marketing and Communications Consultant - Part-time

Job Description:

Position will work remotely to start and may move onsite in the future as part of our client’s return to the office plan. This position is part time - 20 hours per week.

Creating, writing, and editing content for members and the public,

Providing communications guidance and support to sector staff on delivery of communications materials (presentations, graphics, trade publication articles, etc.),

Supporting sector leaders in the development of materials and presentations.

Required Skills

Strong writing and editing skills,

Ability to listen to needs and translate into the most suitable communication material/delivery method for identified audience,

Ability to take complicated technical content and simplify into a captivating story for the audience, ability to quickly translate complex concepts into impactful headlines and value statements,

Ability to guide the development of digital communication work products,

Ability to execute a communication strategy among a diverse set of employees and stakeholders (among other fundamental communications skills), and

Ability to deliver communication work products within established timeframes.
