Mid-sized construction company needs a talented bookkeeper to organize existing files and develop consistent upkeep of records. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and similar programs and know how to organize physical and electronic file keeping for quick and accurate data processing. Accounting knowledge is a huge plus and the position will require professional communication skills with clients, vendors, employees, and accountants.

Requirements -

Minimum of 3-5 years recent and relevant full charge bookkeeping experience

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications, QuickBooks, and Excel.

U.S. Experience working in family office a plus.

Experience working in an Accounting Company is preferred but not mandatory

Extremely organized and able to multi-task with various sources

Good communication and collaboration skills

Diverse industry experience with small & medium size businesses

Motivated self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills

Proven ability to remain confidential.

Good computer skills and knowledge of spreadsheet programs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong clerical and office skills.

Strong electronic communications skills.

Spanish speaking not required but definitely a plus.

Job Duties -

Assist company accountant with organzing and tracking financial documents.

Organize and bring up to date the bookkeeping process of the company.

Reconcile accounts.

Produce expense reports.

Complete periodic Work in Progress spreadsheets.

Maintain office files and supplies.

Provide support to office personnel.
