Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year

Seeking experienced, energetic team player for apartment maintenance.

Excellent customer service experience required.

Required: 2 YEARS apartment maintenance experience.

Required: Must have heat pump experience. HVAC CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED.

Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.

Full-time work guaranteed.

Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch

Paid vacations and paid personal days.

Occasional overtime.

Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community and sister properties. Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning up the grounds at our communities, make readies, HVAC Repair and Preventative Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Appliance Repair, Painting, Cleaning, and Dry Wall Repair, and other tasks as assigned.

Need to have the physical ability to lift at least 100 pounds for installing appliances and other duties. On-call will be shared with other teammates.
