Full time apartment maintenance

Currently seeking a full-time maintenance tech to perform resident's work orders and turn vacant units at medium-sized apartment complex.

Typical schedule is Monday - Friday business hours, with "on-call" responsibilities as needed.

NO sub-contractors will be considered for the position. You must have previous apartment maintenance experience.

Hourly position, holiday pay. We do not offer health benefits.

The qualifications and abilities include the following:

Able to lay both sheet and square vinyl flooring

Install bathroom sinks and vanities

Tile repair/replacement

Basic plumbing

Basic electrical

Basic carpentry skills

Grounds clean up on a daily basis
