Investment Firm Operations Assistant

The new operations hire will assist with all facets of exchange traded fund (ETF) launches and currently listed fund ongoing activities. They will attend all implementation calls and assist with fund exchange listing applications and documentation in addition to working with custodians to open custody accounts and global markets. They will assist with various regulatory filings for listed funds including annual prospectus and SAI updates, annual and semi-annual reports, and N-PX filings by communicating with Fund counsel, service providers, and clients.
