50K A YEAR + BONUSES DISPENSARY BUYER/MANAGER

We are a cannabis company looking for an experienced buyer/procurement Specialist who can become an integral part of our team and grow within our company.

This role will work to manage all vendor contracts for our business. The primary objective in this role is to centralize and streamline all purchasing activities, negotiate contracts, price vendors, and manage the proper delivery of products. The Buyer/Procurement Specialist will work closely with all department managers to determine their buying needs and ensure that the right supplies and materials to run the business are delivered on time. They will also keep a detailed inventory to track accurate supplies.

Qualifications:

Work Experience: 1 year minimum in purchasing/procurement in the cannabis sector.

Cannabis industry experience is a must!

Experienced in Leaflink software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to leadership.

Compliance and regulatory experience.

Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.

Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Clean driving record

No prior convictions

Physical Demands:

Be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time

Use hand dexterity for extended periods of time

Be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably

Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend

Compensation: $50,000 year + BONUSES
