Community Relations Coordinator - Assisted Living/Memory Care

Juniper House, located in Pendleton, Oregon, is one of eighteen communities that we manage. We are seeking a Community Relations Coordinator (30 to 32 hours a week) to join our team of dedicated staff and our fabulous residents that call Juniper House home.Juniper House is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community that is home to 40 residents. Our reputation with the community of Pendleton, and beyond, is something we pride ourselves on as well as our strong commitment to the care of our residents.

Our Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for our community sales and marketing activities for Juniper House. This includes managing marketing based programs, conducting virtual tours, community outreach and leveraging technology in order to build relationships and obtain prospective residents. Also included in the responsibilities of the position is coordinating special events, gathering appropriate documentation for move-ins and working with our team to ensure a successful and smooth move in for our new residents.

Candidates that are interested should have a minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and sales positions; working in a senior living community preferred.

Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour and bonuses paid for private pay resident move-ins.
