We are currently hiring for Transition & Children's Direct Support Professionals in Medford. You'll be working with two young women (18-19) who enjoy fast paced physical activity like dancing, swimming, horseback riding, jumping on the trampoline, going for walks, and swinging at the park. As well as more laid back activities like listening/watching Disney music and movies, cooking, and gardening.

Day (full time)

Weekend Flex (full time)

2-Awake Overnights (additional $0.25/hr differential) (non-driving) (full time)

2-Weekend (full time)

All shifts include a weekly team meeting about 2hrs

You'll be working with 4 teenagers (3 boys, 1 girl) (Ages 15-17). They are active teenagers who each like different things, including but not limited to hiking, cooking, swimming, and listening to music. These teens love creating arts and crafts and going for long drives. Some of the teens enjoy games, either electronic video games or board games!

Weekend (part time)

Swing (full time)

Live in Wednesday-Friday

Live in Friday-Sunday

Awake Overnight

All shifts include a weekly team meeting about 2hrs

All of these listed positions will also receive the following differentials, in addition to the base wage:

$0.50/hour - location differential

$0.25/hour - awake overnight

Wages start at $13.50-$15.00/hour, a differential is available for specific shifts.

You Must (requirements):

Be at least 18 years old.

Be able to attend a two week orientation located in Grants Pass and/or Virtual (M-F, generally 8AM-5PM) however we may be flexible with prior communication.
