Administrative Recruitment Assistant
As an Administrative Recruitment Assistant, you will support our recruiting and onboarding activities. Responsibilities include scheduling calls, road tests and interviews, maintaining candidate database, handling paperwork, maintaining calendar, tracking documents, keeping excel updated. Ultimately, you will help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running efficiently and tracked.
Responsibilities
Support Recruiting teams with clerical duties
Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates
Helping with initial resume, phone and applicant screenings
Coordinate hiring activities
Undertake clerical duties
Greet and assist interviewees onsite
Maintain candidate database
Handle records and paperwork
Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Maintain Teams Channels by Updating Tracking Sheets and Employee Files
Coordinate and Communicate with Recruiter
Work in a team without the “This isn’t my job” mindset
Handle stressful environments in a professional calm manor
Help others with their duties if necessary and needed
Create Spreadsheets, PowerPoints, Word Documents, etc. where need fits
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
Knowledge of Tenstreet
Familiar with Trucking industry and what each Department does

Ability to create error proof Word Documents and Spell Check documents
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
