We are seeking an organized, detailed oriented office assistance (30 hour per week) that is capable of wearing many hats! Our community office is very busy (no two days are the same). We offer an upbeat, relaxed and easy-going workplace. Just ask our office dog who is always available to meet and greet! (Too bad we can't get him to do some extra work).

If you have a background working in an office/business (property management/real estate is a PLUS), have a great positive personality, flexible, are outgoing and like contributing to a great working environment, then please let us know. Currently, this is a part-time (30 hours per week) position, Monday-Friday – 9am to 4pm. (Some weekend hours may be required occasionally in the future).

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

4+ years of administrative experience

Customer service experience, communication through phone and email.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Eager to learn new software programs, willing to dive in and learn.

Proficient with numbers

Experience handling multiple tasks concurrently.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Able to anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving difficulties.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service skills – demonstrate a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude.

Bookkeeping experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

General office duties: filing, mailing, input, database management, answering phones.

Great written and verbal skills. Accurate, attention to detail is a MUST.

Flexible, can-do attitude

Proficient organizational and time management skills.

Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.

Provide effective support to team members, and customers through reliable, quick and accurate problem resolution.

Resolve requests successfully providing excellent customer service, while maintaining composure.

Function effectively with minimal supervision, in order to prioritize and accomplish multiple, time-constrained tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS (preferred)

Strong computer skills/knowledge

Real estate, sales and marketing skills, property management (a plus)

GED required

Must have current driver's license with insurable driving record

Reliable transportation

Must be dependable
