Outsourced experienced bookkeeper/accountant

Health services company with low eight figures annual revenues seeks an experienced and affordable outsourced bookkeeper/accountant to generate monthly financials (P&L and balance sheet) and 1099s (yearly) as well as answer senior management/tax preparation firm’s questions about the monthly financials. Work may be performed remotely.

Interested candidates must i) be currently licensed CPAs, ii) have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience (including several years at a big 4 accounting firm), iii) must have experience working with companies organized in a holding structure (i.e. with one mother/holding company and multiple wholly owned subsidiaries) and with generating consolidated statements, iv) must have experience booking intra-group funds transfers and allocating expenses, and v) be comfortable with bank statement reconciliation.
