Apartment Manager Needed

Our Property Management Company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Property Manager in Salem, OR. We are looking someone who enjoys working with people and satisfying the needs of the property.

The position includes:

Running the day to day operations in the office such as accepting and processing applications, answering phones, weekly and monthly reporting

Maintaining files

Scheduling vendors

Showing apartments

Some light maintenance and other various tasks throughout the complex.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm

We will train the right candidate.
