Sales and Promotion Specialist Part-Time (Bilingual)

We are currently looking for a reliable Sales and Promotion Specialist. The goal of this position is to maximize sales through the promotion of our products with a regular and continuous service to the assigned sales outlets, always ensuring correct execution.

The main responsibilities for the position are:

● Identifying and communicating to direct manager market opportunities to increase sales.

● Visiting all points of sale assigned as part of a route.

● Generating sales in the assigned stores by:

○ Knowing and having all the information to execute a sale

○ Marketing our products and executing the display

○ Creating and maintaining customer relationships

○ Scan products that are marketed at each point of sale

○ Negotiating additional exhibits at the point of sale

○ Performing an inventory survey at each point of sale to identify which products to order and keep inventory based on the store’s rotation to avoid depletion.

● Creating and maintaining a solid relationship with personnel of the points of sales

● Negotiating with the points of sales the execution of additional exhibits, tasting events and activities that will promote our products.

● Reporting in a truthful and timely manner in the different systems of the company the required information.

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of previous Sales experience

High school diploma or GED.

Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Experience with a CPG company would be a plus.

Basic level of PC knowledge and experience using word-processing and email, internet and apps in Cellular/Wireless devices.

Initiative and attitude will be highly valued.

Results driven, have a customer service orientation, have management and negotiation skills and must be able to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to walk and move around 2/3 of the time

Must be able to remain in stationary position most of the time

Using fingers to operate tools and devices

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on phone and person
