I.T. Manager - Hotel

Job Description

We are seeking a IT Manager to Lead a technical support team as well as be a hands on technical person for hotel staff and guests. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues. The ideal individual can work independently and be a team leader. This role does require working select evenings and weekeds.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 10.

Basic VMware

Windows Server 2012/2016

Virus removal.

Computer repair and assembly.

Understanding of networking.

Understanding of Wireless 802.11a/b/g/n.

Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.

Experience with ticketing system. (TrackIT, Spice, Guestware, Hotsos)

Strong linux experience.

Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.

Skills desired.

Experience with Office365 & sharepoint preferred.

Experience with Hospitality software such as Opera, Vingcard, Micros.

5 years technical experience.

2 years in a supervisor role.

Additional Information

This role will be scheduled during several evenings and weekends.

Must be on-call after hours.

You must pass the following: Background check Drug test.
