Location: Paradise, PA
About the Estimator position
Our Estimators are highly valued members of the Paradise Energy Solutions team, and they are an integral part of helping us build our reputation as being industry-leading experts in solar energy and one of the “Best Places to Work in PA.”
Estimator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design and equipment specification for new solar projects
Production of the budget and pricing for those projects
Collaborating with our sales team to determine the best solution for our customers in the commercial, agricultural and residential markets we serve
Preparation of the proposals for our sales team to present to and review with our customers

What we are looking for in an Estimator
You should be:
● A motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● A team player, with the ability to communicate effectively and work productively with internal customers, primarily our sales team
● Collaborative in your approach to performing work, to determine the best solutions possible for external customers
● Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing industry
You should have:
● Excellent human relations and communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
● Proficiency with computers, including typing, Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) and the ability to learn to utilize software systems efficiently
● Prior estimating experience is preferred
