Provide leadership as the “captain” of your team

Key-Link Fencing & Railing, a manufacturer of aluminum fencing is looking for manufacturing & production technicians to take an active leadership role. On-the-job training is provided for young professionals or career changers. You will join a team focused on lean manufacturing, empowering employees, and continuous improvement. Our Production Technician Team Lead Will…

Support the team with clear communication, motivation, work ethic, and problem-solving

Provide training for new and existing teammates

Take responsibility for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Morale

Look for opportunities for continuous improvements with our lean manufacturing approach

Model and support our company vision, mission, and values.

Operate equipment

Protect quality by working with supervisor to address concerns

Determine if a defective product should be rejected or if corrective action should be taken

Aid in the maintenance and cleaning of department areas

Cross-train in other production areas, as well as on a forklift
