Real Estate Paralegal & Attorney

Kent County Real Estate Law Firm seeking experienced, organized paralegal familiar with all aspects of real estate closings.

Experience should include ability to review title work, resolve title issues, obtain pay-offs, post closing issues, interaction with lending institutions, real estate brokers and completing Closing Disclosures.

Also seeking associate attorney with real experience reviewing titles and resolving title issues, preparation of closing documents and experienced conducting real closings both residential sales and refi’s. This position offers an unlimited possibilities of growth with the firm.

Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of residential real estate closing experience and knowledge of all aspects of a closings.
