Looking to fill a part time HR/admin position for the DIG Hospitality- restaurant group This position will be responsible for the following:
-Perform all Human Resource functions to insure the company and it's employees are compliant with all company and legal policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
-Manage all benefits, enrollments, Cobra & reconcile insurance bills
-ACA reporting
-Recruiting, New hire orientations, onboarding & all employee relations
-Unemployment claims and filings
-Employee training : maintain certification requirements, menu tests, TIPS & Servsafe Trainings
-Manage the admin side of payroll files and communicate/support payroll department (time off balances & requests, garnishments, workers comp filings, etc)
-Be able to travel from the corporate office to the three local restaurants for any of the job tasks as needed
-Various other Administrative and Marketing duties
-HR and benefit knowledge is required.
-We are flexible with the number of hours, but at this time, we are estimating approximately 15-20 hrs per week.
