We are looking to expand! Now hiring Service Advisor/ Service Writer.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assist customers.

Greet customers and work to identify service complaint and service history.

Maintain on going communication with customer by monitoring the progress of their services.

Advise customers on services and cost and obtain permission for services before they are rendered.

Advise customers on maintenance schedules and on-going promotions.

Provide communication between customers and technicians.

Conduct follow up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and to remind of services due.

Communicate with parts stores.

Communicate with store managers.

Requirements:

Must be 18 Years of age.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Professional personal appearance.
