A Commercial Design & Procurement Company is looking to hire an Energetic, Detail-oriented, and Dependable Project Administrator to support its Commercial Projects.
Timings: FULL TIME Monday - Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
No Weekends or Holidays!
Roles and Responsibilities will include:-
- Accepting Client Orders and Managing Delivery Schedules
- Placing Vendor Orders and Vendor Relationship Management
- Managing Vendor Payments and Ensuring on-time Vendor Delivery
- Maintaining Client Relationships by providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Task and Project Administration
- Swatch / Sample Organization
The ideal Project Administrator will have the following skills:
- Strong Organization Skills / Attention to Detail
- Experience in Project Management / Accounting / Inventory Management or related field
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Familiarity with Computers (with Intermediate Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Dependability and Loyalty
- (Preferred) Experience with Quickbooks
