Project Coordinator HVAC

Growing HVAC company located in Cumming, GA looking for an experienced Project Coordinator. This position will assist in the management and organization of several multi-family housing projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Understand construction documents

Prepare submittals

Manage Permits and lien waivers

Schedule Inspections

Arrange and manage corporate housing for projects

Track expenses for each job

Work directly with the field supervision

Develop subcontractor work parameters and review pricing

Qualifications:

1-3 years' experience as a Construction Project Coordinator

Good communications skills (verbal and written)

Proven ability to draft cost estimates for the entire scope of work according to standards and specification

Knowledge of the bid proposal process

Resourceful

Advance computer skills including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam

Job requires 10% travel

Good organization skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Attention to detail

General knowledge and understanding of building plans, takeoffs and working drawings.

Able to work with well in a team centered environment

Excellent work ethic

Employment:

Fulltime Monday – Friday

Compensation based on experience
