(NEW) Healthcare Regulatory Remote Contract Attorney and Paralegal Positions

Engage Attorneys and Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) are currently staffing a 3 to 5 month long contract or temporary position for an attorney and a paralegal with 3 plus years of compliance and regulatory experience in the healthcare industry. The successful candidates for these positions can sit anywhere in the U.S. These positions will report to the Chief Compliance Officer of a large medical supply company and has the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

In order to be considered, the successful attorney and paralegal candidates must have compliance and regulatory experience, ideally within the healthcare space. The position will involve dealing with the FDA regulations as well as data privacy matters. The successful candidate must have strong legal analysis skills as well as the ability to draft and analyze policies. Soft skills include the ability to work autonomously as well as strong management experience.

Both the Attorney and the Paralegal position are 100% remote positions and the new hires can sit anywhere in the U.S. The client is on the East Coast so those that apply from the west coast must be willing to be able to get on calls and work with the client on EST. The hourly rate is very competitive and this is an excellent opportunity to work with a client who is flexible on hours and allowing 100% remote work.

This attorney assignment requires that you be barred in in the U.S. The paralegal assignment requires a paralegal certificate or a college degree.
