Senior Producer, Retail Services

Job Description

• Work with Talent/Agents/Production House to set-up production schedule Holds, Bookings or Releases.
• Provide creative cores to production house teams
• Distribute monthly creative cores to Legal and Product Information; Revise as necessary to ensure compliance with tagged incentive messaging
• Review, Package, and distribute scripts prior to record/production sessions
• Run/Oversee/Manage sessions (Records/Audio, Edit/Finish, etc)
• Record session information, takes, etc for “As Produced” script record keeping
• Format, Formalize and post “As Produced” scripts at completion of sessions
• Track Monthly Production Output (Brands, BCs, etc)
• Generate Estimates for Custom Creative Requests
• Oversee Music Searches for Custom Creative Requests
• Verify and file production house Work Orders
• In Partnership with Production House, distribute spots for Agency Approvals, address account/legal/client feedback and/or revisions, post planned/expected/completed spots daily to ExtremeReach for traffic and order fulfillment based on pre-existing media commitments and placements

· Four year degree or equivalent industry experience

· 5-7 years in agency production as an agency producer

· Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required

· Mentor junior producers and educate co-workers in other capabilities working with the department

· Maintain a positive can-do attitude and passion for excellence even in high-pressure situations

· Must have reel and examples of work

· Candidate must be open to travel as needed
