Job Description

Stewardship Investments, Project Assistant - Full Time

Please be sure to upload your resume and cover letter. In your cover letter, please explain what motivates you to work with Stewardship Investments, Inc., and what makes you the best we can hire and why you would like to join our team.

Due to the financial nature of our work and the age of our clients, you will be required to be fingerprinted and pass a thorough criminal background check and credit check. Please visit www.Stewardshipinv.com to learn more about our company.

Who We Are

Stewardship Investments is a faith based financial services company focused on serving families that are doing well financially and seeking to use their wealth to care for their families and make an eternal impact. Our desire is to build the Kingdom of God using biblically responsible financial planning tools in a close knit, remote, team environment. Our clients are often drawn to us because of our affiliation with Dave Ramsey and Crown Financial. We all work from home. We always have been a virtual company.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a team member who wants to be part of a dynamic group of high performing professionals who share a desire to provide effective financial planning services with a focus on Christian values. Your primary job will be ensuring that every client who contacts our office feels like they are our only client and that we will do most anything to make their life more significant. When not helping clients, your time will be spent supporting your teammates by completing an assortment of tasks and responsibilities that require attention to detail and an ability to find solutions to potentially challenging assignments. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude who desires to work remotely and serve clients as much as we do.

How You Work

You desire to work in a faith-based business and support biblical principals.

You are a highly organized and detailed-oriented person.

You enjoy technology and troubleshooting.

You are a great communicator: written, email, presentations, phone and in person. People enjoy engaging with you.

You make things happen. When you say it’s taken care of, it is.

You’re hungry to learn and want to understand the “financial planning” process, so that you will be able to identify, develop and organize team infrastructure to ensure smooth functionality, and to grow to provide direct support to a growing number of clients.

You’re self-aware of what you know, and what you don’t know, and are great at bringing in other people to round out your personal expertise.

Areas Where You Shine

You take pride in helping things run well and enjoy and value administrative work (we consider it to be vitally important to achieving our mission and seek someone in this role who feels the same way).

You love setting up and managing systems so things run smoothly and can be easily understood by others.

You’re a creative thinker and "do-er," and look for opportunities to suggest and take the lead on making improvements, whether small or large.

You’re excited to work with a small, agile, fast-moving team. We’re looking for somebody who is a self-starter, works really well independently, but also knows when and how to effectively loop in other team members for input, guidance, collaboration, and sign off. Our team works virtually.

Meet regularly to review the calendar and any open issues/questions.

Manage all documents (mostly electronic) in an organized system that is accessible to the team.

Send greeting and thank you cards to clients and prospects

Interact with clients giving service and assistance to them in technology usage

Work cross-functionally and communicate internally to agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables on behalf of the Team, ensuring client deliverables are turned around on time and of highest quality
