Property Management Coordinator{Alpharetta, GA}

| Company Size: 201-500 employees We’re looking for a Property Management Coordinator with 2+ years of experience supporting residential real estate operations for a great opportunity in Alpharetta, GA.This position will assist internal associates with the logistics of the residential property acquisitions and sales. You will also assist with the evaluation of property conditions and repair needs, including estimate and invoice processing, and contractor identification / management. As the Property Management Coordinator, you will:
  • Assist internal associates with the logistics of the residential property acquisitions and sells.
  • Assist internal associates with the evaluation of property conditions and repair needs, including estimate and invoice processing, and contractor identification / management.
  • Monitor tenant move-ins and move-outs, supporting opening and closing procedures for each property.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
  • Prepare and distribute procurement and property status reports.
  • Update property management data on a periodic basis.
  • Prepare expenses billings on time for labor, plumbing, electric and other works for tenants and Procurement team.
  • Maintain contact data for each property and contractor team, as well as maintain tenant communication procedures.
  • Process claims assignments and referrals.
  • Assist and support the internal and external messaging regarding property dealings.

Job Requirements for the Property Management Coordinator:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience receiving and processing estimates and invoices for new purchases and currently occupied properties.
  • Experience coordinating with local personnel and contractors to execute real estate repairs and renovations to prepare for tenant occupancy.
  • Experience with residential property maintenance oversight.
  • Project management experience of transitioning inventory to a new warehouse.
  • Experience coordinating with internal staff and distribution centers/warehouses.
