EMS Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking an EMS Analyst in Kennesaw, GA.Responsibilities: Part of the EOC team for Energy Management Solution delivery to customers Support and provide superior service via calls, e-mails, tickets and special projects Analyze different systems and energy data to find potential for energy optimization Ability to diagnose and Analyze technical problems Understanding the operation of field level equipment's and Co-ordination with Field operations team Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; Implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation Meets commitments to customers Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: Strong customer service orientation Excellent team management skills Good communication skills - written and verbal Good listener and eye for details Self-driven & dynamic Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems High sense of urgency and see task to closure Ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
