Customer Service Representative - Mortgage/Real Estate Experience

- 1-2 years' customer service experience required
- Four-year college degree in a financial or business-related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Real Estate/Mortgage experience preferred
- Solar Experience preferred
- Customer and Sales Queries – Managing and prioritizing a high volume of internal and external inquires via WebForm and phone and provide basic information regarding the reassignment process.
- Case Management – Open, assign and monitor cases to Reassignment Agents for active transfers
- Audit and Close Folders – Review each case file before it is closed. Audit for accuracy and completeness
- Data Entry - On approval from Supervisor, enter relevant information and financial data into the Reassignment Database
- Other duties as assigned
