Location: Portage, MI Salary: Competitive Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Marketing Analyst Technical Marketing Analyst Job Description Position Summary: Provide technical product guidance to Sales Reps and customers throughout the sales cycle. Lead technical buildout aspects for the implementation of technology products and services in partnership with Sales Reps and Customers.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide consummate technical guidance throughout the sales process to potential customers and Sales Reps, Present technological solutions to customers, Sales team, 3rd parties, etc. Facilitate and support customer meetings, conference calls, etc. regarding product technology throughout sales process. Manage customer relationships and expectations. Support product implementations. Manage customer relationships with a high level of service and build strong communication channels to ensure successful implementations and happy loyal customers Lead technical build out operations in accordance to customer specifications and workflow. Manage/support deployments in conjunction with our 3rd party partners Provide consultative services to customers regarding product technology and network connectivity options.Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 2+ years of relevant healthcare IT/IS industry experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Information Systems, or related IT discipline is preferred Active CCNA certification preferred Passion for technology and connectivity Strong presentation as well as written and oral communication skills Strong results-oriented mindset.
