Java Developer

Apex Systems is looking for a Mid Level Java Developer to participate in the designing, programming/developing, and modifying software systems, applications, and tools. The right candidate will have at least four years of Java development experience and understand concepts of software engineering. Candidates who apply should have at least 1 years of Camel experience AND experience with Spring or Fuse. Candidates also need to have very good communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally. This is a long term contract and candidates must be able to relocate, at some point, to Atlanta, GA. Job duties my include but are not limited to: • Designing, programming/developing, and modifying software systems, applications, and tools • Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the Java software stack • Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions • Organizing and maintaining documentation of application development and subsequent revisions, so others are able to understand the program • Collaborating with teammates, other service providers, vendors, and users to develop new programming methods Required qualifications: • At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies and experience in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate • Experience with Camel required • Experience in MicroServices, Webservices, and REST services • Experience with any ESB's • Experience in AWS cloud platform • Experience with Fuse would be a plusEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
