Entry Level - Cash Posting for DME Company

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Cash Poster in our Bloomington, Minnesota office. This person is responsible for performing daily cash application to patient accounts either manually or electronically.

A Day in the Life:

-Post credit adjustments and balance transfers

-Balance the deposit, research cash application issues and unapplied payments by contacting the insurance company or other personnel in the billing center

-Process credit card payments

-Understanding of basic math proficiency

-Able to adjust to change in process or routine

-Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Punctual and dependable, customers and co-workers are counting on you!

-Understanding of HIPAA laws to handle confidential personal and medical information

-Excellent telephone and typing skills

Additional, preferred skills:

-Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel

-Previous data entry and medical knowledge

-Bilingual is a plus!
