Growing 12v installation company in need of virtual office help ! The qualified individual must possess the following :

Automotive shop experience ( repair shop , body shop , towing dispatch , automotive estimating ,ect )

Great communication skills

Attention to detail ( organized )

Mapping and geography and scheduling skills ( knowledge of all the surrounding states )

Ability to work in a virtual office environment

Quiet space in your home to work

Computer with high speed internet access

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job responsibilities include but not limited to :

Answering calls from our clients

Working with our techs in the field to solve problems and keep all jobs going smooth

Working with our clients to schedule techs work and answer any questions about any work scheduled or completed

Calling / emailing customers to confirm appointments

Emailing clients with updates

Sorting and filtering emails in our inbox

Knowledge using the following is prefered :

Google , gmail , gsuite, google calendar , netsuite , salesforce , netiva .
