Superintendent Needed

Manage interior renovations in multiple locations in southeast South Carolina

Project includes Day and Night shifts - 4 month duration, (minimum). Great opportunity for someone willing to travel for these renovations. Salary based on experience, includes benefits - 401k , Profit Sharing, Medical, & Dental.

Some job duties may include, but are not limited to,

-Night /Day Foreman

-Manage MEP Subcontractors for Moving of Vender Cases

-Assist Electric Sawcut of Concrete for New Plumbing/Electrical Access

-Assist in Pouring Back Concrete in Plumbing/Electrical Trench

-Place Steel Plates and Carpet Runners Over Trenches as Needed

-Assure Safety of Operation
