Solar Panel Installers, assemble, install, or maintain solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics. They are the key to the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.

This job will require you to work outdoors in cold weather, applicants should be prepared for that kind of work.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules.

Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations.

Organizing and maintaining system components.

Maintaining documentation of completed installations.

Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms.

Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions.

Materials staging.

General job site clean up and organizationREQUIREMENTS:

Must have verifiable experience working outdoors in cold weather.

Tools are provided, but steel toe boots and cold weather gear are your responsibility.

Must be 18 years of age with valid ID.

Minimum of 6 months of experience on construction site.

Solar experience preferred.

Verifiable references of your professional skills and experience.

This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well.

Hard working and reliable.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable.BENEFITS:
