Position: Energy Efficiency Technician
Pay: $18 per hour + per job Incentive (Average $26 per hour)
Duties: Diagnostic testing using sophisticated equipment to determine air and duct leakage within building structures. Repair and weatherization of building systems. You will assist a Certified Building Analyst on a 2 person team.
Pay: Weekly on Tuesday morning via auto deposit.
Benefits: Workers Comp + General liability
Work day: 9AM to approximately 3PM (Varies)
Drug Test: Must pass a drug test.
Start: Immediately
General: No energy efficiency experience required but HVAC experience is helpful. General knowledge of basic tools is required. You will also be required to have your own basic tools (screwdrivers, pliers, gloves, hammer, etc). This is not a seasonal position, we work 12 months with very little down time between jobs.
Advancement: We are looking for career minded people that have interest in growing to crew chief and beyond. Our company has teams in three states operating on all areas of energy efficiency.
