Tyson Foods Refrigeration Technician FULL-TIME $24.77/hr 275 Hempstead 278, Hope, AR 71801 The current maintenance pay scale ranges from 17.34 to $24.77 per hour based on skillset and qualifications. This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Refrigeration Maintenance Technicians positions are responsible for keeping refrigeration department machinery running to maintain continuous production. - You must be able to set up, adjust and break down machinery as required. - Must be able to learn Tyson SAP software to make work order and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system. Must be able to read and write where required. - Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computation for machinery, fluid capacities, etc. - Must be able to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be able to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.
