Position: General Warehouse Workers

Location: Chino, CA

Pay rates: $16 - $17.25/hr.

Shifts: 1st & 2nd

Full time hours:

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Overtime is mandatory (Saturdays as REQUIRED)

Option to take free college courses and skills training

What is the job?

Ability to assemble different size boxes on a daily basis.

Perform work in a safe, efficient, accurate and well-organized manner.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, in compliance with company standards and policies.

Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Move goods packed on pallets, totes and boxes around the storage facility.

Stocking goods in storage areas in compliance with general practice and procedures.

Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.

Pick, pack and label product and orders for shipment.

Must maintain a good attendance record.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

COMMUNICATION: Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate, read and write in English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED equivalent or one to two years warehouse, distribution and order fulfillment experience a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMAND:

Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-40 lbs. occasionally.

Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel

Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision.

Must have the ability to pass a Background Check.
