Borsello Landscaping is a full service landscaping company in Delaware and Pennsylvania that has served the area for more than two decades. We provide high quality design and installation of a full range of landscaping and exterior living services. Construction Crew Member Responsibilities:

Performs various construction/carpentry related physical duties as required

Maintains all safety standards per company rules and procedures

Safely and efficiently handles job materials

Effectively uses jobsite equipment/tools (will train as needed)

Conducts work in a professional manner adhering to all company rules and procedures

The company is in immediate need for full time seasonal workers. Candidate can expect a minimum of forty hours per week in season (more during peak times of year). Company looks to promote from within so there is room for advancement for the right candidate. Benefits such as paid time off and health insurance are available to be earned.

Construction Crew Member Qualifications/Skills:

Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety & quality of work

Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

Physically able to perform tasks required including but not limited to lifting 80lbs unaided, digging, bending, kneeling, etc.

Experience

Previous construction/carpentry experience is desired but the right candidate can be trained

Basic understanding of and communication in English preferred
