Iron worker foreman and erectors

Thanks for visiting our ad. We are looking for experienced iron workers who are willing and able to travel for periods of time. Our company is based out of Tampa, FL. We primarily build storage facilities from Miami to Boston. At the present time we have a projects going on in Delaware and starting 3 new projects in New Jersey and one in Philadelphia. Our scope of work includes structural steel and misc. stairs. If you have experience in hanging steel, running decking, know crane signals, are a welder, able to operate equipment, we would like to hear from you. We have year round work and there are growth opportunities for those who want them.

We supply fair pay, airbnb homes, 100 per week for food allowance.

The following are a must for iron workers:

1. Have basic steel erection and/or welding tools.

2. Able to travel for periods of time. (When the work is out of town)

3. Willing and able to work in the cold weather.

4. Have experience with driving equipment.

5. Looking for long term work.

6. Possess hustle. ( My saying is that a person can be taught a job, but you can't teach them hustle).

The following are a must for a iron worker foreman:

1. Read and interpret plans.

2. Have a valid DL

3. Responsible and RELIABLE

4. Fully able to operate a forklift to unload trucks, and raise steel to elevations safely.

5. Able to keep a clean organized job site.

6. Willing and able to train others.

7. Able to follow safety protocol and enforce it as well.

8. Take pride in the quality of work that is being produced.

9. Have a sense of urgency to completed projects on schedules.

10. Do not have cell phone, drinking, or drug issues.
