HireArt is helping our client find a Technical Recruiter to actively recruit and source candidates for openings primarily in product and engineering. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related tech recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension and will be fully remote.As Technical Recruiter, you will:Partner with hiring managers to actively recruit and source candidates for openings primarily in product and engineering.Assess a high volume of candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.Actively source via LinkedIn and other methods.Update and maintain candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.Attend meetings and work closely with other members of the talent team.

Requirements

2+ years of related tech recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, corporate and/or agency experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong technical skills and experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other methodsExperience using an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferredCommitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension through HireArt and will be fully remote.HireArt values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
