Job Description:

Customer service representative or CSR, will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. CSR must be able to effectively problem solve, troubleshoot and investigate with given information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position is 1099 contractor position.

Responsibilities:

-Manage large call volume

- Identify the issue/Reason for call

-Provide accurate, valid and complete information in CRM

-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

-Execute customer service team call handling quotas/NPS

Qualifications:

-CSR 3+ yrs. Exp.

-Laptop or Desktop

-USB Headset

-Internet (no wifi)

-High School Diploma

-Required to work a minimum of 20 hrs. weekly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (100 % WORK FROM HOME)

Pay: $10-$11.50 DOE
