Workday HCM Techno / Functional Consultant

Location : Remote / Onsite on a need basis. (Alphretta-GA or Las Vegas, NV)Duration : 6 MonthsTitle : Workday HCM Techno / Functional Consultant

• Assist in new implementation for Workday HCM, Payroll; serve as Technical / functional expert.
• Responsible for day-to-day HCM operations, including security access, administration and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data and system integrity as well as provide training to end users.
• Assist in the review, testing, validation and implementation of new modules and functionality.
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries both standard and custom.
• Research and resolve HCM problems, unexpected results and process flaws.
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service to end users.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines.
• 8+ years previous experience with Workday or another HRIS system.
• Knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management etc.
