- Serve as Program or Project Manager for multiple projects at a time from discovery and project initiation through to implementation.
- Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
- Identify, track, and manage risks and issues throughout the project working to define a path to resolution.
- Track project progress and report project status to stakeholders utilizing project management best practices and tools
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for regular status reporting and on escalations
- Work directly with business partners to determine business requirements, make recommendations for appropriate solutions, and develop new processes to improve efficiency.
- Partner with business partners throughout the organization to understand workflows, processes, data collection, reporting needs and other technical issues associated with application software. Develop and implement process improvement recommendations to satisfy business unit functions and goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration (or related field) required
- 6+ years of IT Project Management experience
- PMP Preferred
- Experience working in waterfall and Agile technology delivery teams
- Demonstrated QA / Testing experience highly preferred (Automated, Load Testing, Unit Testing, Test Scripts, Testing Strategy, etc)
- Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-30% range
